Terms and Conditions:
• Registration fees entitle participants to attend all the general & concurrent sessions, access to exhibition, coffee breaks and lunch and attendance certificate (as per your attendance).
• For administrative and preparatory reasons, online registration is possible until 07 December 2025 (GMT+ 4). From this date onwards, we advise you to register and pay the applicable onsite registration fees, during conference registration hours, commencing on 10 December 2025
• Registrations are confirmed only upon payment receipt.
• Registration fees apply as per the date of payment.
• Payments:
• All registration fees must be paid in advance to: MCI Middle East LLC - Office Suite #902 | Level 9 | Dubai World Trade Centre. Dubai, UAE.
• No confirmation will be sent until MCI Middle East LLC has received the payment.
• The payments are online Card/Credit Card only.
The registration fee is payable via online card payment. However, if you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please email us at acem25@wearemci.com, and we will provide you with the registration link which will have a payment option of bank transfer.
Cancellation & Refunds:
• Registration cancellation must be sent via e-mail at acem25@wearemci.com.
• 100% refund applies for cancellation requests received 45 days prior to the event start date, 26 October 2025, with a deduction of administrative fee of USD 100.00 or AED 365.00.
• No refund or 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation requests received after 26 October 2025 or within 45 days prior to the event start date, 10 December 2025 2025 23:00 hrs (GMT+ 4)
• In the event of it being necessary for whatever reason to postpone or cancel the Conference, the organizer will not be liable for any expenditure, damage, or loss incurred by the Participant.
• In the event of cancellation, the participant will be refunded any monies paid after deducting the bank charges.
• If the Conference is postponed due to force majeure to a later date, the participant registration will remain valid, and he/she will be allowed to attend the event. However, an administrative fee of USD 50 or AED 200.00 plus bank charges will be applied should a participant fail to attend the Conference and request for refund.
