The Web Conference April 13 - 17, 2026 will run as an in-person conference. There will be no remote attendance registration option.

Authors of Accepted Papers
Each paper accepted to the conference needs to be accompanied with dedicated author registration for the corresponding day, in which the paper is to be presented. Two papers require two registrations, even if they have overlapping authors. To cover a paper, the associated author’s registration must be at the regular (non-student) rate.

At registration stage you will be requested to enter your paper unique id that was sent to you by Sheridan publishing company when uploading your camera-ready copy. A paper presented during Day 3 to Day 5 is expected to register for the Main Conference (3-Days). A paper presented during Day 1 to Day 2 is expected to register for the Workshops, Tutorials, Special Days, Web4All. A Passport Registration (5-Days) can cover at most 1 paper in Day 1 to Day 2 and 1 paper in Day 3 to Day 5.

Cancellation Policy
1. Author registration is non-refundable.
2. For other categories, 50% refund will be given for cancellation requests submitted before 31 March 2026, 11:59PM Dubai Time (GMT + 4).
3. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Webconf2026@wearemci.com.
4. Refunds will be processed after the conference.

  • Passport registration includes all elements of the three-day Main Conference registration as well as the two-day Workshops, Tutorials, PhD Symposium, and Web4All registration.
  • The Conference Committee reserves the right to add additional functions and activities should sponsorship funding make them possible.
