• Accommodations are confirmed only upon payment receipt. • In case of an exceptional event, the Hotel reserves the right to accommodate all or part of the guests in an equivalent class hotel in the Jakarta, Indonesia area, any additional charges shall be borne by the participant. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: • 100% Refund - Cancellation on or before 20th August 2025 with a deduction of administrative fee of USD 100.00. • No Refund - A 100% Cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations receive on or after 21st August 2025.

• Registration is confirmed only upon payment receipt.
• Registration fee applicable as per the date of payment.

Cancellation & Refunds
• Registration cancellation must be sent via e-mail to apaaaci2025@wearemci.com.
• Full refund: Cancellations made 45 days before the event date (before 23 August 2025) are eligible for a 100% refund, minus an administrative fee of USD 100 or AED  365.
• No refund: Cancellations made within 45 days of the event date (after 23 August 2025) will incur 100% cancellation fee.
* The refund process will commence post-congress, and it is expected to take a minimum of 30 to 45 days to complete.

• If you cannot attend the event, we are happy to accept a substitute delegate until 09 th September 2025. After this date, name changes can only be coordinated onsite with a fee of USD 20.00 or AED 75.00 per name changed.
• In the event of it being necessary for whatever reason to postpone or cancel the Congress, the organizer will not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the Participant.
• In the event of cancellation, the participant will be refunded any monies paid to MCI Middle East LLC after deducting the bank charges.
• If the Congress is postponed due force majeure to a later date, the participant registration will remain valid and he/she will be allowed to attend the event. However, an administrative fee of USD 50.00 plus bank charges will be applied should a participant opt to cancel their registration and request for a refund.
