• Registration is confirmed only upon payment receipt.
• Registration fee applicable as per the date of payment.

Cancellation & Refunds
• Registration cancellation must be sent via e-mail to apaaaci2024@wearemci.com.
• Full refund: Cancellations made 45 days before the event date (before 27 October 2024) are eligible for a 100% refund, minus an administrative fee of USD 100 or AED  365.
• No refund: Cancellations made within 45 days of the event date (after 27 October 2024) will incur 100% cancellation fee.
* The refund process will commence post-congress, and it is expected to take a minimum of 30 to 45 days to complete.

• If you cannot attend the event, we are happy to accept a substitute delegate until 21 November 2024. After this date, name changes can only be coordinated onsite with a fee of USD 20.00 or AED 75.00 per name changed.
• In the event of it being necessary for whatever reason to postpone or cancel the Congress, the organizer will not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the Participant.
• In the event of cancellation, the participant will be refunded any monies paid to MCI Middle East LLC after deducting the bank charges.
• If the Congress is postponed due force majeure to a later date, the participant registration will remain valid and he/she will be allowed to attend the event. However, an administrative fee of USD 50.00 plus bank charges will be applied should a participant opt to cancel their registration and request for a refund.
