Cancellation & Refunds• Registration cancellation must be sent via e-mail to
info@eroc.ae• 100% refund - cancellation 45 days before the event date(December 1
st, 23:59 GMT +4) with a deduction of administrative fee of USD 100.00 or AED 365.00.
The cancellation & refund policy doesn't apply to Workshop registration. No refund and 100% cancellation fee will be charged should you be unable to attend the workshop.• No refund - 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations 45 days prior to the event date (December 2
nd, 00:01 GMT +4).
• If you cannot attend the event, we are happy to accept a substitute delegate until 20 December 2024 with a fee of USD 20.00 or AED 75.00. After this date, name changes can only be coordinated onsite with a fee of USD 50.00 or AED 185.00 per name changed.
• In the event of it being necessary for whatever reason to postpone or cancel the Congress, the organizer will not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the Participant.
• In the event of cancellation, the participant will be refunded any monies paid to MCI Middle East LLC after deducting the bank charges.
• If the Congress is postponed due force majeure to a later date, the participant registration will remain valid and he/she will be allowed to attend the event. However, an administrative fee of USD 50.00 or AED 185.00 plus bank charges will be applied should a participant opt to cancel their registration and request for a refund.
