Summary

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Payments: All registration fees must be paid in advance in US Dollars payable to:
MCI Middle East LLC, EROC2026 - Office Suite #902 | Level 9 | Dubai World Trade Centre. Dubai, UAE.
No confirmation will be sent until MCI Middle East LLC has received the payment.
•Accommodation are confirmed only upon payment receipt & Rooms are subject to availability.
•In case of an exceptional event, the Hotel reserves the right to accommodate all or part of the guests in an equivalent class hotel in the Greater Dubai area, at no extra charge to the Client.

Payment Method:
• You can pay via the below mentioned method:
                  1. Credit Card Payment
                  2. Bank Transfer (Kindly send an email to info@eroc.ae to request the option for a bank transfer)
• Registration fees entitles participants to attend all Congress sessions, access the Exhibition area, every day Coffee Breaks, Lunch and CME certificates (for Delegates only).
• 5% VAT charges will be applicable on all mentioned rates.
• Registrations are confirmed only upon payment receipt
• Registration fees apply as per the date of payment.

Abstract Presenters
• Abstract Presenters shall register no later than 30th October 2025 to be part of the Scientific Programme.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Registration cancellation must be sent via e-mail to info@eroc.ae 
• 100% refund - cancellation 45 days before the event date (December 1, 23:59 GMT+4) with a deduction of administrative fee of USD 100.00 or AED 365.00.
The cancellation & refund policy doesn't apply to Workshop registration No refund and 100% cancellation fee will be charge for cancelling the workshop.
• No refund - 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations 45 days prior to the event date (from 2 December 2024).
• If you cannot attend the event, we are happy to accept a substitute delegate until 20 December 2025 with a fee of USD 20.00 or AED 75.00. After this date, name changes can only be coordinated onsite with a fee of USD 50.00 or AED 185.00 per name changed.
• In the event of it being necessary for whatever reason to postpone or cancel the Congress, the organizer will not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the Participant.
• In the event of cancellation, the participant will be refunded any monies paid to MCI Middle East LLC after deducting the bank charges.
• If the Congress is postponed due force majeure to a later date, the participant registration will remain valid and he/she will be allowed to attend the event. However, an administrative fee of USD 50.00 or AED 185.00 plus bank charges will be applied should a participant opt to cancel their registration and request for a refund.

Accommodation Cancellation & Refund
•100% refund - cancellation 50 days before your arrival date, with a deduction of administrative fee of USD 100.00.
•No refund - 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations 49 days before your arrival date.
