Payments: All registration fees must be paid in advance in US Dollars payable to:

No confirmation will be sent until MCI Middle East LLC has received the payment.
•Accommodation are confirmed only upon payment receipt & Rooms are subject to availability.
•In case of an exceptional event, the Hotel reserves the right to accommodate all or part of the guests in an equivalent class hotel in the Greater Dubai area, at no extra charge to the Client.

All costs have to be covered by the ordering customer. Please mention "free of charge for the receiver account" on all payments.

• Registration fees entitles participants to attend all Congress sessions, access the Exhibition area, every day Coffe, Lunch and CME certificates (for Delegates only).
• 5% VAT charges will be applicable on all mentioned rates.

Cancellation & Refunds
• Registration cancellation must be sent via e-mail to info@eroc.ae
• 100% refund - cancellation 45 days before the event date with a deduction of administrative fee of USD 100.00 or AED 365.00.
The cancellation & refund policy doesn't apply to Workshop registration No refund and 100% cancellation fee will be charge for cancelling the workshop.
• No refund - 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations 45 days prior to the event date (after 30 November 2023).
• If you cannot attend the event, we are happy to accept a substitute delegate until 25 December 2023. After this date, name changes can only be coordinated onsite with a fee of USD 20.00 or AED 75.00 per name changed.
• In the event of it being necessary for whatever reason to postpone or cancel the Congress, the organizer will not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the Participant.
• In the event of cancellation, the participant will be refunded any monies paid to MCI Middle East LLC after deducting the bank charges.
• If the Congress is postponed due force majeure to a later date, the participant registration will remain valid and he/she will be allowed to attend the event. However, an administrative fee of USD 50.00 plus bank charges will be applied should a participant opt to cancel their registration and request for a refund.

Accommodation Cancellation & Refund
•100% refund - cancellation 50 days before your arrival date, with a deduction of administrative fee of USD 100.00.
•No refund - 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations 45 days before your arrival date.
